SAKE
- Sake refers to Japan’s traditional wine made from fermented rice. Sake is typically chosen by type: filtered (Clear), unfiltered (Nigori), unpasteurized (Nama), or Genshu (Cask Strength, not diluted). As a general rule, less expensive Sake tends to have a simple and straightforward flavor profile, and more expensive Sake tends to be richer and more complex.
